Popp Strike Lock IN doesn’t work!

Does one of you use the electric door opener from Popp? I have connected my doorbell to the IN. Unfortunately, homey doesn’t recognized it when the bell is pressed. The contact alarm is always on! With Home Assistant and also with homee it works well, just tested with homee!
Anyone have an idea?

Yes, I use an Universal Sensor from Fibaro connected to my doorbell.
