Philips hue lightstrip error

Hey everyone

I’m installing my old Philips hue lightstrip but it keeps giving this error (see picture) and I can’t get it to work with homey or gh for that matter… it does work in the hue app. Do you guys know what’s wrong or do I just need to get a new one?

It’s seems its’a communication problem between your hue bridge and exterior apps,try to reinstall the lighstrip in the Hue app

I’ve tried that 2 times already😅

I even unplugged the lightstrip for 30 seconds🤷‍♂️
