I have 2 pst02-b philio but they are recognized as psm02 and it always says motion detected, i cannot shut off the light. I have tried different config. Any ideas?
Hey there. A year later, did you ever find a solution to this issue? I just bought a Philio 4 in 1 sensor, and it has the same problem. Motion detection stays on, rendering it useless. I’ve tried to pair it at least six times, tried both the Philio and the Zipato app (no idea if there’s a difference, but both have the same sensor), played around with the settings etc., and it’s always the same.
Same issue here, did anyone find the solution to get the motion sensor status to update?
