Paulmann URail Railadapter Smart Home Zigbee 3.0 experience?

I was wondering whether anyone has used this specific Paulmann product for their Urail system in particular, or even any Paulmann zigbee product in general, in conjunction with Homey.

I know there is no specific Paulmann app for Homey, however, I have read some of their smart lights are compatible with the hue bridge, though I am not sure about these adaptors.

Zigbee lights should be pairable as generic Zigbee device. It should provide on/off, dim and colors… in theory.

Ok, though this isn’t techincally a “light”. It’s an adapter for a “dumb” light in order to make it smart.

It is designed for the Urail system where you place this thing on the rail and the
Iight on the adapter itself.

Then it’s a simple on/off Zigbee device. That’s includeable to Homey as generic Zigbee device (without app).

Hello @Roel_Van_Eyken

Could you get it to work? I have a Paulmann Urail Zigbee switch and it is not detected as a generic Zigbee device by the Homey app.

I don’t actually have one yet. I plan on buying it at some point though I’d probably try to pair it through the Philiphs hue bridge rarher than directly to Homey (Paulmann’s smart lights and switches are said to be compatible with Philips Hue).

Keep us posted, i have the same setup and wanting to buy them :).
