Since I have changed my router to Ubiquiti ultra, when go outside of my wireless home I am not able to connect to my Homey Pro app using my iphone.what I am missing?

Please be more specific.
Now I think you use your mobile internet data connection “outside of your wireless home” (where on the globe), which won’t seem to connect.
But, that has nothing to do with your wifi, so I’m lost.
