Newbie question about tags

Hello, I have a question that, how simple it may seem, can’t figure out how to do.
When making flows, some cards say “when using this card, following tags are available to use”.

After adding those cards however, I’m unable to find these tags, to add or edit.
How do I add such a tag?

These tags become available in logic-AND-cards or in THEN-cards once the cards are connected
