Melcloud device not found

Hi,

I am using the Melcloud app for Homey but when I try to connect my wifi adapter MAC-5671F-E1 the device is not found. My username and password from Melcloud are correct. I tried several times, but it keeps saying “timed out after 30000ms”. My Homey runs on sw 5.0.0-rc.21 and Melcloud app is V2.0.9

I saw a 2019 topic and there it was solved with a software adjustment.

Does someone know how to solve this?

Greetings. Today the air conditioner fell off the Internet. Physically, the device displays the error “There is no connection to the MELCloud environment.” This is something on the side of MELCloud itself, as I understand it? Although I access the service itself without problems from a computer and from a phone. It says that the unit contacted at 21:14 and that’s it.

Melcloud seems to have problems in lager scale;

I have the same connection issue and it’s not a problem with Homey, but with MELCloud.

Seemingly everything got back to normal!
