Support for Matter 1.5

We’re also working with Aqara on support for the Matter 1.5 specification, bringing native camera support to the Matter standard with live streaming, two-way communication, and advanced camera controls. Support for Matter 1.5, including upcoming Aqara cameras, is planned for Homey in Q1 2026.

This has been postponed as Matter 1.5.1 introduced quite some improvements and fixes for camera’s. We are currently working on it.
