Loading an app on seperate accounts

I have two separate accounts for two different homeowners: my phone and the desktop web app. However, I can only get the apps to load on one account, even if I access the app store from the other account. Does anyone know how the app store associates accounts?

All I know the owner account you login with to the mobile app, should be the same account you use to login to the app store.
You can’t have two owner accounts, maybe you aren’t using a manager role account for the web app?
According to the matrix the manager account is allowed to manage apps.

When I access the account it takes me to the other account.

This is pretty odd. You’d write to homey.app/support as well, Craig.
Try this: log out of every logged in Homey and website, clear web browsers’ cache.
Next, login again and see if that makes a difference…
