When you add timeline notification cards, or better, log cards, to all flow parts, you can discover which part is slow responding. An actual flow itself could not be slowing things down in theory.
I know wifi sensors can be very slow responding, like up to 7s., while the connection has to be established again after being in sleep mode.
If zigbee is slow responding, you can have too many nodes, or there’s an interference issue with zigbee.
