If there is no specific app for that brand then it could indeed work with other apps (because sometimes devices are rebrands of a certain type) but as you have experience yourself it doesn’t always work. I think someone needs to create an app for that brand. You can request it here: Homey Community App Requests (but its up to the community to do something with it)
