Hi! Since we’re in the English part of the forum (as far as I’m aware) I’ll answer in English. Check out the Ring security app thread. There has been some questions regarding the v2 and problems. I myself couldn’t get it to work, most likely, due to zwave network problems. I bought the v1 of eBay and got that to work. But check the community posts for the ring security app, perhaps you can find a solution (I got the advice to enable logging of the keypad in heimdal settings)
