I am reaching out because I recently changed my phone, and since then, I am no longer receiving notifications on my new device, even though I have properly enabled notifications in the app.
I still have my old iPhone, and it continues to receive notifications without any issues. However, the new phone is not receiving them. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this and receive notifications on my new phone?

Could you please try the following?
Please open the Home screen in the Homey app on your iPhone, tap on your Avatar (top right of the screen) and select My Homeys. Please select your current Homey/Homey Pro again.
Can you please let me know if this solved the issue and the notifications are functioning correctly again?
