Issue buying Dashboards via in app purchase Apple

Hi there,

I want to buy the Homey Dashboard extension. On my Apple device I can do that with an in app purchase. When I do that the extension is not available. Homey keeps telling me to buy it.
For now I got a refund for this purchase…

My AppleID email is not the same as my Homey account email. Is this the issue? How can I buy this extension otherwise?

Are you using testflight?
Buy via the regular release.

Else contact Homey support

No, not using TestFlight.
Issue is solved after reinstalling the Homey App.
