I’ve noticed that Insights show graphs for various types of sensor data (like µg/m³, ppd), but some aren’t supported (ppd, ppb). Example:
This sensor has ppd, ppm and ppb, but only the ppm values can be graphed:
Is there any reason why ppb and ppd units aren’t visible as graph?
The default for custom capabilities is not to generate Insights data. The CO2 sensor is based on an existing capability (measure_co2), hence its data will generate Insights data.
The developer of the app can change this behaviour.
In this case, (Tasmota app) it has a capability “measure_particulate_matter.pm2_5”. I guess that’s not right indeed 
and should be measure_pm25
