I have ikea inspelning. One of them (tv) doesn’t seem like Homey is recording the kWh it uses? I can see how many watts it is drawing in real time but it is recorded in kWh in “energy”?
Maybe you excluded it from “Energy” in the advanced device settings?

It is not excluded in advanced divice settings. It is the same settings as my other “Inspelning” called “luftavfuktare/element” as seen in the picture.

Have you compared the firmware versions of both Inspelning plugs? Are they identical?
After installing the IKEA Inspelning via the “IKEA Home Smart” app it only showed voltage.
Then I installed it via the Zigbee app (under Technologies, red Z-sign) and everything shows.
When checking what app was used (in my phone) it states “IKEA Home Smart”. I don’t get it 
, but it works.
I think this “method” can be joined with the other method I know of, to “unlock”, or “enable” certain hidden capabilities;
