How to set value? Flow card

Probably a stupid question, but how to set value in this “when” flow card?
No matter how I tap, Im not able to set a value

You can’t set a value in the “when…” section.
It shows just the tags you could use in the flow.
You can use that tag in the “and…” and “then…” section.
