Honeywell T10 issues

I am trying to set up flows for my Honeywell T10 thermostat using Residio app. I am having multiple issues:

Homey app and T10 thermostat do not work on the same temp standard. T10 is set for Fahrenheit but Homey continues to display Celsius. When setting up flows, the temp standard changes with the task and sometimes displays things like “23.5 degrees F”.

Also, the Homey app does not seem to be able to set the temp or the cooling set point. I’ve set up numerous flows using time to change the temp and set point but the commands don’t seem to work.

I can get Homey to change to run the schedule. That works in flows as expected HOWEVER there does not seem to be a way to turn off the schedule. The thermostat allows Schedule, Temp Hold and Permanent Hold but Homey does not have a setting to enable either hold so after you use an automation to run the schedule you can’t get it to not run a schedule.

I’m trying to pick an automation system but I cannot commit any dollars when some basic functionality is either wrong or doesn’t work and the features are incomplete. Frustrated with Homey,

I don’t quite understand why you post your issue here. Forum users can’t fix this app, can they?
According to the app page @ homey.app store you should contact the developer by email.

Celcius / Fahrenheit mix-ups seems to be an ongoing problem with Homey, despite Athom stating “all’s determined automatically based on your location”.

I was hoping that someone in this forum would have also had the same issues and could offer possible work arounds. That is the purpose of user forums. No? Also, if someone on the product team is monitoring the forums then they might see a trend that developers could resolve in future releases. As a technology product manager, that is one of the ways that I roadmapped features and fixes.
