Homey wont`t start

Hi,
Since a power failure last night, my Homey won’t start anymore. Only the pink race ring. Have already tried reset. It does not count down and does not appear on the network. The setup network cannot be started either.
I just find it strange that it does not appear in the network of my router, so actually cannot make an update?
Ask for help on what or how to proceed.

Have you replaced the power adapter? These are not the very best…
Use one of min 2 A.

Try PTP (Pull the Plug for 15 minutes, and let Homey start-up for 20 minutes) helps most of the time.
