Hi everyone, I have some older version Heltun Heating Thermostat (HE-ZW-THERM-FL2 with 500 chip) currently running with a Fibaro HC2, but want to move them over to my new HP23 setup. I have problems including them to my Homey - and it seems that the Heltun app only supports the newer 700 series thermostats from Heltun (HE-HT01).
Has anyone been able to use the older 500 series devices from Heltun with Homey? If yes; than guidance would be highly appreciated
Hello everyone too! I have a number of older Heltun Touch 5 panels (HE-ZW-SW-5A-1, looks identical to the current Heltun Quinto touch panel) that aren’t included in the Homey Heltun app either. It was confirmed by the Heltun Homey app developer it isn’t included. That is a great disappointment of course… but maybe if enough people signal that they’re using older Heltun equipment… who knows? Eric
I wonder: could it be a work-around solution to control our older Heltun devices with Home Assistant on a RPi, and control the HA from Homey? Simply control the Heltuns from Homey via HA.
Good suggestion Christian… but I have the Heltuns already running on Homeseer/RPi… and have found a way to send the statuses from Homeseer to Homey. Works very well… the downside is of course that I can never shut down Homeseer. Thanks for the suggestion!
