Even if all is probably said and I think noone from Athom is reading this thread, I do also not understand the fee model and programming of new features.
There is a monthly fee here, a one off payment there. A super duper freak feature now with the advanced flows for 25. And no dashboard yet, no savings of data history in a graph (you always need to select the parameters again). And the „under construction“ sign in the web app???
What is the strategy of Athom with Pro? I am a normal user. Still waiting for basic features, which are promised for years but looks like not worked on. I also need apps, not extra features. And I need a promise that apps are kept updated. I do not want to rely on some programmers doing that in their free time. Why is not Athom doing that? I would pay for that, rather than for extra features.
No clue where Athom goes. But the strange different fee models and the new advanced flow does not show much clear orientation in the way to go.
Happy all still works ok, but not sure how long this will last.

I can recommend installing Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi and connecting Homey to it via MQTT. This way you make both systems one unit. HA has powerful dashboards and can do many things and devices that Homey cannot.
Both systems in combination are currently the best smart home money can buy.
Here is an example of a temperature dashboard from Homey sensors.
No system can do everything. But if you combine them, you come very close to a perfect Smart Home.
