Sorry for such a beginner question. I’ve noticed Homey knows when my phone enters the house. So very useful when creating a flow. How do I get Homey to recognise my wife’s phone and tell the difference between the two? Is it just a question of her downloading the app?

Yes, add user to Homey, send invite.
Install Homey app on her phone, grant permissions and login with her personal Homey account.
