Hi there, I’d like some help setting up a remote on Homey Pro. However, I can’t find a similar application or a recorded remote.
Can anyone suggest how to get my Bloomfield infrared heater working and controlled by Homey Pro?
Thank you.

That’s not possible without an app. You can try to build an app yourself by recording the remote here:
You can also use a SwitchBot Hub mini and use that as an IR blaster (the Switchbot Hub mini does allow you to learn custom remotes).
Thank you for your quick reply.
Fully understand the situation, although annoying. You would have thought they would have built something easy just to do this.
What is the purpose of homey bridge other than extension of 433mhz
Anyway, what language does the code need to be written in?
It was originally intended to be used as an antenna Homey Cloud. But I think that Athom added satellite mode for the newer Homey Pro’s to make it easier for users to upgrade from Homey Cloud to Homey Pro (since they can re-use existing hardware). It supports 433mhz and IR (but only for supported devices), functions as a Zigbee and Z-Wave router and acts as a Bluetooth extender for the Homey Pro.
JavaScript or TypeScript. You can find more information here:
In case you are developing an app; then I would be interested too, @h2009.
I am not able to write an app myself unfortunately…
