Instead of buying a Compute Module, you can also wait for the Homey Self Hosted Server release, where you can use your own hardware to run Homey OS on. Then you can likely use HomeyLink to get the Zigbee/ZWave/Matter devices from your HP23 in there, and your Cloud and LAN-connected devices and Tools apps on the SHS.
