Hi, is Moods Licensed to the Homey Pro ID?
So if I sell the Homey, will the new owner have Moods? Like Advanced Flows?

As far as I know, yes!
And for now, it is still free to use!

afaik not, only Dashboards is in Beta free at this moment.

Moods is now available for Homey Pro (2016 — 2019)

But as there is a Restore Purchase Button I Think this one is bound to your Google Account.
