Homey report wrong consumption for this light connect with Shelly integration. Any idea to resolve it?
Fix the measurement of the device,
delete Data from Homey Energy for that device for the dates it was reporting wrong data.
Fix the measurement of the device, what is the correct procedure to do that?
Depending on the device brand and type and the Homey App you use (or not). I think for Shelly this ([APP] Shelly - Smart solutions for every home and office) is the starting point to first get the device correct.
After that you have to remove the incorrect historucal data in Energy.
Same here! I am in an electric-import-only appartment, i want to get rid of the house picture/animation as it does not make any sense and only consumes valuable screen space. Also let me disable the ‘Power Ups’ section that wants me to add solar panels that will never arrive…
When going to the Energy Dongle device page, the first thing you see is a screen filling image of the dongle - why not show useful info on the opening page/tab of the dongle, eg key figures from the dashboard tab.
PS: using Homey App on iPhone 17
For some reason my Energy fetches the wrong spotprice. I’m in SE3 and whenever I check my price towards nordpool it differs.
It’s not a constans sum that differs, neither seems to be a reoccuring factor. I have a really hard time understanding what causing the issue. Does anyone have a suggestion? I’ve tested this over a few different firmwares but Homey still always show a tiny bit higher price than nordpool.
I don’t have any other costs added in energy on top of the spotprice. Therefore the price should always correspond with nordpool, but unfortunately it never does.
I’m in the Netherlands and experiencing the same thing. About 2 cents difference. Check it multiple times until a month or two back (Than it was about the same).
One thing that I think can be the cause: since a while 15min. Day a head prices are in affect for the energy markets. I know Zonneplan (my energy supplier) uses the 15min. prices to create an average for the 60min. window, as they still rate per hour.
I don’t think it has something to do with the 15min prices. At least not for me.
I had the problem back when it was hourly prices aswell.
The only guess I’ve had so far is that Homey pulls the price from nordpool in one currency and then converts it into the currency for the region your Homey is set to.
Two things that speak against that guess. First I feel like the error should then be more of an constant factor. Which it isn’t (it’s quite similiar within a day, but does change a bit more from day to day). And secondly a lot more people should have the same problem!
