Any1 got this working for UniFi cameras? Even the setting allow anonymous viewing wont help and gives the well known pairing issue.

I try to figure things out myself and only ask for help when I need to.

Iā€™ve taken a quick look but as far as I can find the camera software doesnā€™t support anything else then itā€™s own app. They also seem to be the exact same as Wyze cameras. There is a custom firmware that adds a rtsp stream, wich you might use if you happen to have a synology. Or mayby in an even easier way wich Iā€™m not aware of.

How to add a Dahua camera (ONVIF)

First download ONVIF Device Manager
default admin user for onvif is admin : admin (TIP CHANGE THIS!!!)

With this tool you can add a onvif user (give only user rights) to your camera (different then normal user in camera via website)

When this is done add the camera with this url:

http://192.168.2.249/onvifsnapshot/media_service/snapshot?channel=0&subtype=0?loginuse=######&loginpas=#####

Hello, I have had a Neo Coolcam NIP-55 since a week but I cannot get it connected to Homey. I use the following url: http://192.168.178.xx/snapshot.cgi?User=user&pwd=xxxx

User and password are of course different.

If I use this url I get an error message: request to http: //192.168.178.XX/snapshot.cgi?user=user&pwd=xxxx failed, reason: Parse Error

If I open the URL in a web browser, I will see an image.

What am I doing wrong?

Same here. Even though @Danny_Van_Bronkhorst got it to work, I persistently get a parse error of a no pair found (or something like that) error. Trier all possible URL parameters, that will work in Google Chrome or any other browser, but with Homey it just donā€™t work. Same with the ImageGrabber app.

I have been in contact with Athom, they indicate that a cgi. file is not (yet) being accepted by Homey. Only JPG or PNG file is valid.

I have bought 3 Neo Coolcam NIP-55 cameraā€™s from the same shop/dealer.
However The last 2 dont work with Homey.
The need another app. They dont have an webinterface.
