Hi. Im just wondering if the homey delay stops/resets if trigger before turns false before the delay time has completed. Or will the delay run the countdown and continue the flow?

Built-in delays are dumb, once they’re running they will continue to do so and when the delay expires the flow will continue.
If you want resettable timers you need to look at apps that provide them, like the CountDown app.
