Homey app that calls an api

I want to be able to turn my media pc with windows off in a flow.
To be able to do this i want te create a small service for on the pc that closes windows when an api is called (only from local network)

My question is there a simple app/way, so i can add a card in my flow to call the api?

I know windows supports SSH. Maybe you can do something with Simple SSH App for Homey | Homey
