Homey, a single hub for all?

For the moment,

Ikea Dirigera hub is working great.
Only Inspelning plug do not work over Matter
Philips HUE hub is working great
Only over Matter seems not possible for the moment
Xiaomi hub will be replaced for Aqara hub with Matter support, if this will work prober, task in progress. Waiting for some hardware.
ZigbeeMQTT with Frontend on Windows 11 is working with Mosquitto Broker, Zigbee2MQTT and the Sonoff USB Dongle E

First Tuya/Nous device is updating at this very moment. When finished, will compare them within Homey to see and check firmware.

For the moment almost satisfied…
Philips HUE over matter → not working → ticket Athom
Aqara M2 hub over matter → not working → ticket Athom and ticket Aqara

Hopefully is Aqara over matter a problem that can be solved. Philips still working perfect with the app, so that is less important.

Today, reconnected Philips HUE over Matter → working fine.

Checking next days if everything keep going, then I will change my flows and remove the app.

Aqara M2 hub → still to go, will retry soon as well

Today some more experiencing…
Aqara → add a device

As soon as I added a device, the previous is kicked out.

Than Philips HUE adding a device

and exact the same behaviour

and the new added device is also not available

After that removed both Matter connections for Aqara and Philips HUE. Then reconnected them both.

All working, till I add something… So it is not working proper as it should for the moment.

After the latest firmware update from Homey, still not working as it should. Again previous added device is kicked out during adding a new device. Tested with Aqara, not with Philips HUE

Homey → it is not at our side, you have to contact the other side
Philips → it is not at our side, you have to contact the other side
Aqara → we do not understand, but will try to look into the problem to see if we can find the cause

Still a bit disappointing, but we keep “fait” that somebody will take a real look for a solution

Right now the system become more reliable and usefull as ever before till this moment, for me personal!

how did you add M2 hub to homey? I have FP1E sensors I want to get into homey again…I had them before but had rebuild home and can not for life of me remember how I got them added into homey. I have tried expose to matter from within aqara hub device card settings to homey pro via matter but it continuously fails.

To make a matter connection between the Homey hub and the M2 hub. In the software of Aqara, go to hub, press … and than go to expose to matter.

Within Homey, make a new matter connection.
After that, everything will work perfect.

Here it is still very fast, reliable and I am still satisfied

Thanks. I tried that. I think my issue is IPV6 networking issue. I have been trying for days to add the hub back in via matter and can’t and only thing I can think is it’s a matter/IPv6 issue on my end that have no clue what is happening. I can’t eve share via matter from Homekit iOS to Homey. Appreciate it though

Restarted all hubs and router to see if that could solve your issue?
