Help with light transitions app

can someone please explain how I make my lights gradually dim from 0-100.

I have bulbs from IKEA that is connected to Homey throug the IKEA Gateway app.

I do not have the option do dim gradually in the Homey app.

I have read that I can use transitions app to do this but I dont understand how.
