It is great to see you here officially. I am a developer in the community with 3 approved apps currently live in the Homey App Store, focused on bringing smart home devices into our ecosystem.

I live in Greece in a 3-story detached house, which gives me a great real-world environment to test smart home devices across multiple floors and networks (Zigbee, Matter, etc.). Besides developing, I also help some brands as a beta tester to see how their hardware performs in daily family life.

Your smart wall switches with screens caught my eye in your catalog. They look beautiful! If you ever plan to expand their capabilities or need a developer to test how they perform with Homey—like pulling live room data, sync statuses, or displaying information directly on the screen—I would love to help.

PROBLEMA: Homey Pro incorpora el dispositivo, pero aparace como “UNKOWN ZIGBEE DEVICE”, y no puedo realizar ninguna acción con el dispositivo, y no puedo programar flows.

La App de Zemismart tampoco reconoce el dispositivo.

Me gustaría solicitar a ZEMISMART que añadiese a su APP de Homey Pro soporte para esta variante.

Hello,

I would like to request support for the Zemismart ZM25AZ01 Roller Shade Motor in Homey Pro.

I have purchased 5 units of this motor and I would like to control them directly from my Homey Pro via Zigbee, without using a Tuya gateway/hub.

Homey detects and pairs the motor successfully, but it is identified as an Unknown Zigbee Device.

The device information shown by Homey is:

  • Manufacturer: “_TZE200_m6lwazh9”
  • Model ID: “TS0601”
  • Device: Zemismart ZM25AZ01
  • Type: Zigbee Roller Shade Motor
  • Homey: Homey Pro

I have also tried the existing Zemismart Roller Shade Motor driver, but Homey does not recognize this particular fingerprint.

I also tried the Tuya Zigbee → Curtain Motor driver, with the same result: the motor is detected as an unknown device.

Could you please consider adding support for:

“_TZE200_m6lwazh9” / “TS0601” → Zemismart ZM25AZ01

Ideally, I would like the motor to be exposed in Homey as a normal window covering/roller shade device, with at least:

  • Open
  • Close
  • Stop
  • Position control (0–100%)
  • Flow support

I can provide the complete Zigbee fingerprint, interview information, endpoints and clusters from Homey Developer Tools if required.

Since I have 5 identical motors, supporting this fingerprint would allow all eight units to be integrated into Homey.

We have received your request regarding the Zemismart ZM25AZ01 (TS0601 / _TZE200_m6lwazh9) compatibility with Homey Pro. We will communicate this requirement with our engineering team and ask them to evaluate adding support for this device variant.

Same here for my TS0601 / _TZE200_cf1sl3tj curtain motor.
Luckily Zigbee2MQTT does recognize it, only as an older model.
As tester I have requested support for this one as well at Zemismart.

Ok, and what about the Zigbee2MQTT integration @Zemismart_Official?
That was also reported by me.
The motor is not correctly recognized and I also use Zigbee devices via Zigbee2MQTT in Homey.

Hi Zemismart,

I recently purchased a Zemismart ZM16B Zigbee Tubular Motor, specifically because the official Zemismart Homey app lists the ZM16B Tubular Motor as supported.

Unfortunately, my Homey Pro (2023) does not recognize it as a ZM16B. Zigbee pairing succeeds, but Homey adds it only as an “Unknown Zigbee device”, so I cannot control the blind from Homey.

Homey Developer Tools reports:

Model ID: TS0601
Manufacturer Name: _TZE2841000000_3mzb0sdz

The motor itself is labelled Zemismart ZM16B and works correctly with the supplied remote control.

Could you please add support for this ZM16B fingerprint to the official Zemismart Homey app?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether this variant can be added to the existing ZM16B driver.
