Got same issue, however it’s every time it goes from full surveillance mode to disarmed mode. I am not sure from when this started.

When an alarm goes off I only get notification of the first sensor thats been triggered. Is there any way to get notifications of every following sensors that gets triggered?
I think it would even be illogical if that were possible from Heimdall itself. After all, you receive the message because the alarm has been activated. This only happens once, until the alarm is deactivated again.
What I think is possible is to write a flow yourself that starts with the “when” Heimdall - The alarm is activated - and then, for a certain period of time, sends you notifications about detected motion based on triggers from your sensors. This way, you could see how the “burglar” moves through your house.
Yes you can, via heimdall.
I have this flow reporting every sensor trigger when the alarm is triggerd.
(So you can track the intruder)
Hi Henning,
Could you please send me a Diagnostics Report after such a crash? Please also include how long the apps was running (approximately) if you were doing anything (switching modes, changing settings etc.) as much information as possible in order to help me track this down.
Hi Allan,
Could you please stop Heimdall, start it again and perform the action which make it crash. Next send me a Diagnostics Report and include as much details as possible here to help me out track this down.
Will do next time it crash. The other crashes I did not use Heimdal. Did not switch modes.
Hi
New crash.
Her is rspport: 5a0b62cb-665b-4bba-897b-5fe3efd55415
Thanks for the report, but unfortunately it’s complete empty, so there’s nothing to go on for me.
What were the circumstances under which the app crashed? We’re you doing anything, was a flow running? Did you restart your Homey, or just the app? Anything to help me out troubleshooting, cause right now I have nothing to work with.
Ok, I did not do anything in Homey or Heimdal. Here is the memory graph. You see where it crashed.
Maby I kan try and delete the app and reinstall.
Well, I don’t think removing and reinstalling will do anything (it’s not Windows
) but you can obviously try.
I suggest reporting it to Athom, they should know this updates causes problems on apps.
New test version published
Test version 2.10.21
- Fixed small display bug in device settings
- Change in retrieving zone names
Made a minor change in the device settings to fix a cosmetic bug. Also made a change to the way how zone names are retrieved. After the Homey firmware 12.9.0 update I received multiple crash reports from Homey Pro 2016-2019 which showed problems with retrieving zone names.
Hi Danee
Sorry for not getting back earlier. I saw you identified an issue so I installed the test version last evening and I’ll be monitoring it the coming days and report back how it goes.
Works like a charm! Thanks!
What’s the situation with the new self hosted homey software? I am 2019 homey pro owner and did not jump to new version due to lack of speaker. Can the self hosted fix this problem somehow and will Heimdall support a speaker connected to the host computer?
As far as I know the Self Hosted Server shares the Homey Pro 2023 firmware, so the situation concerning speakers is the-same.
I have no intention whatsoever to write support for a speaker, you’ll have to find a solution for that with an app that supports to send text-to-speech to an external speaker.
Thank you for prompt reply on this topic.
Hi Danee
Happy new year.
Today when I got back home the app crashed, this is the first time since I installed the test version v2.10.21. It’s when a flow changes the mode from fully armed to disarmed.
Created at debug report right after, hope this can help.

Has anyone tested this Shelly Pro 4PM configuration with Heimdall and Homey?
I’m considering the following setup because I want everything to be wired (no batteries), and I’d like to know if this configuration is fully supported by Homey and Heimdall:
Device: Shelly Pro 4PM (connected via LAN/UTP)
Inputs (for example):
Input 1: Window magnetic contact (dry contact)
Input 2: PIR motion sensor (230V powered, dry contact output)
Input 3: Garage door contact (heavy-duty reed switch)
Input 4: 230V smoke detector with relay output
Relays: Used for switching and monitoring 4 power circuits.
Question:
Will Homey recognize these inputs as separate sensors (door, window, motion, smoke)?
Can Heimdall use them for alarm zones and triggers?
Any experience or tips with this kind of setup would be greatly appreciated
As long as the inputs are mapped to homey capabilities that Heimdall reads it will work, that’s alarm_contact, alarm_motion and alarm_vibration.
If it’s possible to map, I don’t know, you’ll be better of asking that in the topic for the app that supports your device.
And as a last resort you could do it via a Virtual Device, see the FAQ in the beginningof this topic.
