Have Been searching for a Garagedoor app in Homey but cant find.
I have a Switch that opens the garagedoor.
I have a sensor that tells me if the Garagedoor is opened or closed.
I cant find Any good virtualdevices for making a flow ny my own.
In Hubitat and Vera there where apps for that but cant find in homeyappstore.
How have you Done it?

What is the brand of the garagedoor? And how communicated the other platforms?
Its a Liftmaster. I have a MyQ wifi module installed but Chamberlain hos owns liftmaster has killed the api so 3 party intergration not possible Any more.
Therefor i have a shellyswitch to open the Garagedoor and a sensor to be able to to se if the door is open.
In Hubitat and Vera there where community written apps so you just filled in what switch and sensor and the you could get a messege that the door is open… etc etc
Someone must have Done a solution. Its Easy possible with a flow but there are no good virtual devices for a Garagedoor. What to se if its opened or cloesed in the uniticon…
I think you could easily create one with AVD and a flow…
I made one, but ended up using just 2 flows for opening and closing…
Yes its Easy but what virtual device do you use as a button to open/cloes and with indication if its open o closed?

Have you seen a new MQ liftmaster app now developed?. I tried it, you need to upload your token to it, which you can get via routing your MyQ app to a proxy server.. I did it but still get a “http 400, invalid grant” back…. not sure how to contact the developer?
