I have tried recently to add the Futurehome Charger to Homey a number of times using the Futurehome App and the “Charge Setup” option without any success. Homey shows the Charger as available and when I select it and wait I get a timeout error. If I then select the zigbee connect button after a few seconds I get the message “Peripheral not found” and an error message f7e9c0061a19. The charger was puchased 2 weeks ago and when it was added to the futurehome app using wifi a new firmware was installed. I have tried pairing with Homey using the charger installed using the Fururehome bridge, as well as just the WIFi option without the FH bridge and the issue of getting it to pair with Homey is the same. I have powered on and off and uninstalled from the Futurehome app as well as using the FH option to reset to Factory Settings. It seems that whatever the final steps of the paring with Homey are, its not functioning. I assume as I see the option to select the charger in Homey after I have run the Charger Setup from the Homey Futurehome App that there has been some form of connection with the charger, as the Charger option can be selected. Its after the Charger option is selected Homey is not connecting to the charger. Any help to get this working would be really appreciated.
Same problem as you. I’ve tried to different phones, due to the face that when trying to pair the charge with the original (real) FH app, it didn’t work with a Google pixel phone.
Every other FH hardware connected without a problem. Not so with the charge unfortunately.
I have continued to try and connect to Homey, in one occasion the Homey Charge App showed a green header in the app when I tried to connect, but then got the timeout massage. I have a feeling Futurehome home have changed the firmware to stop the Homey connection and force Futurehome users to sign up for their subscription plan
For those of you having issues with linking the FH Charger to Homey using the Homey “FH App”. I reached ou to the devleopers of the app and have now received a reply. Unfortunatley it’s not good news. They are aware of some Homey users haveing this connection issue that I and others have reported, but the bad news is, they have no idea what is causing the issue and that there is no fix for the problem and nothing planned to try and find one! So looks like those of us with this problem can currently only resolve using the charger in “Smart” mode by coughing up the yearly subscription fee with FH.
