There is an app that has a ms delay card (dont know which one (edit, well i guess its writen a few posts back 
)).
Also, you could use HomeyScript and place a card with await wait(100)

Did you try the copy/paste trick? (Copy the content from a text document and then paste it into the field)
Well, this was silly 
I forgot the Chronograph app already had a And delay card which could be set to f.i. 0.1 seconds 
To make it more readable i just added milliseconds to the units so you can write 100 milliseconds.
Sorry for not mentioning it, i forgot that i had that flowcard
