Flow to choose date from list

I want to make a flow with which i can pre-specify a list with dates, and then that it returns the first date from the list that is today, or after today
I want to save that date as a tag, of virtual device, or anything like that, so that i can add it on my dashboard.

Does anyone have tips with what the easiest method would be to achieve this?

I did have a look at that, but have not been able to piece together a solution bases on that. Any tips?
