Some progress (although not a solution). The same breathing happens when i use completely different bulbs. So what is the progress you ask? That it is not related to the led spots… Not sure if i am happy with it :-/
In that case you can rule out the ripple effect.
Typical for that is the specific time.
Do other lights have the same? Or just these.
Maybe hou have a bad connection somewhere in the powerline, that is sparking?
A bad connection can also cause flickering
Sparking causes heat, you can find it using a infrared camera

Other lights have it to. See earlier posts of me. All lights on Fibaro Walli dimmers have this issue so far.

Not likely. It is a new installation but the same powerline has a wallplug.

It is not flicering in my case but breathing. Like someone is playing with the dimmer.
