That seems to be an issue on EZVIZ’s side, do you have many devices in your EZVIZ account?
You should report it to the app developer using the contact link in the app store page:

They probably mean that the OAuth app has too many users. This is something only the app developer or EZVIZ can fix. I just created an EZVIZ account without devices and there it also can’t connect to Homey (same error)
