So after adding HomeKit in experiments, I get the option to exclude devices from homekit in a device setting.
This should be a switch in the list view of the devices.
Also the setting pop up should fill the vertical space of the browser - not just a small mobile size box you have to scroll.
Unfortunately this is generic. Most probably Athom tried to have the web app look like the mobile app, missing all advantages of the (way) bigger screen…
Except they do it with the actual device operations that slide in from the right. They use the full hight ( where they don’t need to ) and you end up with loads of steps to
Switch on
Slide right ( click bottom icon on desktop )
Change brightness
Slide right
Change colour
( then flows and info )
The first three should be on page one!
