I like the way this case has escalated! As for us ‘stupid users,’ I would love to soon be able to use my Panasonic heat pump through an app on my beloved Homey. As many have suggested, there is an alternative app on GitHub that is working. But this is not the way for us ‘stupid’ users to go. So I hope the invitation from @Robert_Schmidt will take this case to a good solution for us ‘stupid’ users. Is this something you at Atom can make sure is happening, @Doekse ?

I will try to support this effort by:… I just send the following to Panasonic (Norway) (Sorry for Norwegian). “Jeg har en Panasonic luft-luft med Comfort Cloud som jeg om mange andre “HOMEY” hjemmesentral brukere ønsker koplet til HOMEY styringen wia en Panasonic Comfort Cloud API, -men jeg ser at det fungerer ikke særlig godt, uvisst av hvilken grund (se tråder her: Error Panasonic Comfort cloud app - #161 by Robert_Schmidt).
==> Kan Panasonic få fikset noe så jeg og andre kan få varmepumpen på Homey hjemmesentralen…???”

As for myself, the only alternative was to buy 2 units of Sensibo Pro, an expensive alternative.

We did meet, but unfortunately, it wasn’t with the team responsible for AC and climate. They’ll check if they can introduce me to the right team, though. To be continued…

It is impossible for me to connect my Panasonic AC to Homey. But at least I achieved a less fancy way to control my panasonic AC. I connected it to Alexa, and I send commands from Advanced Flows to Alexa. I am able to switch on/off, to switch cold/heat and to change temperature.
Hope this can be useful for anyone else meanwhile the app works correctly.

Hi! Do you have any updates regarding Panasonic Comfort Cloud App?
Why is the App still available? It does not work. I paid my £400 specifically for this and hue.
The alternative one apparently works fine but involves Github, Homey CLI and tech knowledge. Why can’t you just swap these out and remove the old one?
