Error: “cannot read property ‘zone’ of undefined”

I bought a 2nd-Hand homey pro 2018.
Installed it clean with firmware upgrade.

When adding a new bought hue motion sensor I get an error

Anyone see this before?
Strange thing is: when I add the same sensor to my 2nd homey (also 2018, same app version) the error is not occurring…

Another thing I noticed is that the app “zone activity does not show any of the zones (not the automatically created ones not new ones)

Can my zones be corrupted?
Any ideas?

Did you perform a “full software update” already? It installs the firmware from scratch. It might solve possible bit-rot issues.
Please reboot into recovery to get this option.

I remember I did a software update.
Dont recall the word full.

I will try again (no harm done, this was the 1st device I tried adding)
