Ecoflow Portable Power Stations App

Anyone any idea how to use this app? It clearly states it supports the battery I have. However as you can see from the screenshot it is pointless as it gives absolutely no information about the battery.

I emailed the developer a week ago but haven’t heard anything. The Battery I am using is a EcoFlow Stream Ultra and a Stream Max.

Have you tried restarting the app in More->Apps?

Yes, but doesn’t do anything. And this is how it is when it is first installed too.

It seems that despite what is claimed the app doesn’t support the stream series and the developer has still not responded to my support request
