Device in HP but not in HK

I’m struggling for a few weeks with this despite Shelly, HomeyPro and HomeKit all having received updates over Sep/Oct.

I have 63 shelly (wifi) devices published to HP. They all are present and counted for.

I have 62 of these shelly devices published to HK via HP. One is missing. I can control it via shelly app and via homey app.

This specific device is a dual light switch. One of the two is published, and only one is missing.

It can’t be wifi problems because the switch shows in homey and shelly apps.

There’s no per device setting in HK for devices imported from Homey.

I reset the shelly device and re-added it to shelly app. Still doesn’s show in HK.

I searched all rooms in HK. I searched all devices listed under the HP hub in HK and this device is no where to be found in HK.

What other troubleshooting steps should I try?

Deleted the offending device in Homey and re-added it. Not sure why I didn’t think of that before posting.
