Can someone help me to understand why i´m keeping geting this error when i´m trying to add a 2 Gang Wall Switch? i´ve already added another but there are 2 that show me this error but i cannot see them on the Homey APP

So i did that and didn´t find the device

If possible, restore a backup from a point in time before you started the first pairing procedure.
So i did a restore and it worked. Thanks for all support.
