Delay between flow execution

Hi,

I am sure this is already covered in an existing post, but was unable to find it, probably using the wrong key words

I have a kind of notificaiotn when there is movement,
I would like to reduce the notificaiton to “note more than once every 2 minutes”
How could i add this to the flow? which card?

In the flow that sends the notification (let’s call it flow X), add two cards:
Disable flow X
Enable flow X after 2 minutes
