Dahua ptz not working

I have a dahua camera.
I use a flow to turn the camera to a preset
Since a couple of months this doesn’t work anymore.

Error in the log is

FAILED TO ISSUE PTZ COMMAND

I don’t get your reaction.

I even sent Marcel a pm.
His reaction was he is stopped supporting the app.
