I know this is probably impossible, but still asking in the hope that someone has an idea for a solution.
I push a picture via Chromecast to my Android TV when the doorbell is pressed; the cast stops after 15 seconds but leaves me on the Android desktop, not where I was previously, for example, playing a TV channel.
What I would like to do is capture what is currently playing before I cast the picture so I can at least return to the app, if not the actual media playing.
Any ideas
