Controlling lights Homey pro with Google Nest speaker WITHOUT integration?

Hi,

So, I have a mix of apple homepods and google nest speakers, the nests are not in use just the homepods. One of my homepods failed so I reconnected the Nest speaker to the same wifi network as all the lighting only to find out that I could voice control ANY of my lighting in homey from the Google nest speaker even though it is not connected or linked in any way to Homey pro.

Has anyone else found this behaviour, it is expected or is something else going on….

Have you linked the Homey service in the Google Home app? Click the + icon in the Google Home app, Add Device, Link apps and services. In this page, you can see your linked services.
