Can you open the Configure App screen, select Information log tab, tick the Log Enable tick box. Then go to the Device Log tab, tap on Get Log and then once the list is populated tap on the Send log button. You need to enter your Somfy account details in there, they are the same as you enter into your Connexoon box.
I will update the text in the next version to make it a bit clearer that the settings are for both boxes.
